Georgia O’Keeffe

From Menagerie - Lyrics by Tom Lavagnino & Hope Levy, Music by Hope Levy

Well some Girls try to pick up boys and they get kicked in the teeth

This never happened to Georgia O’Keeffe

She could walk down your street and boys could not resist her stare

So Georgia O’sKeeffe never got kicked in the teeth

Instrumental 2 bars riff

Well the Boys would turn the color of a painting by Matisse

When she drove down the street in her Chevy Caprise

And she knew how to

How to bring a pansy to its knees so,

Georgia O’Keeffe never got kicked in the teeth

Not like you

Georgia O’Keeffe was a 20th century American painter

Best known for her flower canvases

and southwestern landscapes.

She was a handsome woman born on a

dairy farm in Wisconsin on Nov. 15th, 1887

Died in the Ghost Ranch region of Santa Fe on March 6th 1986.

She was 98.

Yea, I loved her cow lilies.

Well she was only only five-foot-two

But boys could not resist her stare

So, Georgia O’'Keeffe never got kicked in the teeth

Not in like you

Not like me

Not like you

Not like me

And certainly not in Santa Fe.
